A Bad Geocaching Day... 0 for 3!

Nice Walk With My New Garmin Etrex H Though!

So, I've got my brand new Garmin Etrex H handheld hiking GPS Sat Nav and it was time to test it out. I noted down 3 local Geocaches, entered them into my etrex, and I was off for a 5 mile walk in the Afternoon sun. Unfortunately I didn't find any, but at least you've got a video to watch!

I bought the etrex so I didn't have to use my Garmin Nuvi 200 in-car GPS Sat Nav out in the wilds, it's just too fragile. The Garmin etrex h is waterproof, shock-proof, the batteries last for 15 hours and just more suited to geocaching than a vehicle type device.

The idea was to use this video with my proper review of the etrex H, but I don't think it's fair as I didn't find anything, and that's more to my inept detective skills rather than any problems with the device. (Hey, it even gets a GPS lock INSIDE my house!)

So here's the video, my 5 mile, zero for three Geocaching walk. Enjoy!
